I loved this!!! It was a gift for my partner on Valentines day. There was a slight issue with the processing of my order initially and it was taking longer to arrive than they suggest, so I sent an email to customer service, and they upgraded my parcel to next day delivery. This was so helpful as it meant I received it in time for Valentines day. So helpful and so kind :)
