A Museum-Grade Parasaurolophus Dinosaur Skull Replica — Handcrafted in England

The Parasaurolophus is one of the most iconic and acoustically sophisticated dinosaurs of the Late Cretaceous — instantly recognisable by its extraordinary hollow bony crest, which swept backwards from the skull and is believed to have produced deep, resonant calls to communicate across vast distances. Roaming the river valleys and coastal lowlands of North America approximately 77 to 73 million years ago, it was a large, graceful herbivore measuring up to 10 metres in length and weighing up to 3.5 tonnes.

This 1:4 scale skull replica is sculpted with scientific accuracy and anatomical detail, capturing the sweeping cranial crest, elongated snout, and distinctive duck-billed jaw of this remarkable animal. Each piece is made to order and handcrafted in England, individually hand-painted in our studio to recreate the authentic patina of fossilised bone. Subtle variations in tone and texture are an intentional part of the finishing process — no two are identical.

Mounted on a solid steel stand finished in satin black powder coat:

  • Model Scale: 1:4
  • Sculpture Dimensions: L 445mm × W 90mm × H 190mm
  • Total Dimensions (incl. stand): L 445mm × W 120mm × H 275mm
  • Base & Mount: Solid steel, satin black powder coat
  • Base Dimensions: 120×120mm

Each sculpture includes a Curated Origin Tag with key facts, measurements, timelines, and historical context — adding an educational dimension to this breathtaking display piece.

For safe delivery, the sculpture is shipped separately from the stand.
