This fossilised tooth belonged to Triceratops, a large herbivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, around 68 to 66 million years ago. The tooth has been displayed in a museum quality deep box frame.

Compact and rigid, the tooth was part of a dense battery of shearing teeth adapted for grinding tough plant material. Its shape and wear patterns reflect continuous replacement and heavy use, typical of a species that relied on fibrous vegetation.

Recovered from the fossil-rich formations of North America, the specimen has been cleaned and stabilised, preserving a direct link to one of the most iconic dinosaurs of the Cretaceous landscape.
