The product arrived and when the recipient of the gift opened the parcel the jaw of the item had snapped off. i emailed the company the day it was opened and asked about getting the issue sorted out and am still waiting on a response. the item also hadnt even been shipped by the expected arrival date with no updates regarding delays till after i had emailed to ask about it. if the issue of it being broken gets resolved ill have no issues as the product itself looked great, im just extremely upset by the lack of assistance with the broken product especially following the huge delay in shipping.

It's not worth its prize at all. The result is disapointing, i can do better with my Warhammer figs which are cheapest and that is concerning.
I've put my trust in you english people for my girlfriend's gift and now i'm sad...
