This fossilised Triceratops horridus bone has been displayed in a museum quality glass dome bell jar. The creature was a large herbivorous dinosaur that roamed North America during the Late Cretaceous period, around 68 million years ago.

Dense and weathered, the bone retains the coarse texture and internal structure typical of a large ceratopsid. It likely formed part of the frill, limb, or ribcage, built to support a body weighing several tonnes and protected by a horned skull over two metres wide.

Recovered from the Hell Creek Formation in Montana, the specimen has been cleaned and stabilised, offering a direct physical connection to one of the last great dinosaurs before the end of the Cretaceous period.

Base: Solid Oak Wood
Mount: Stainless Steel
